| The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) announce its decision to further extend all existing Section 301 China product exclusions for an additional 90-days to November 29, 2025, instead of expiring on August 31, 2025. Bicycle helmets, googles, and binoculars are just a few products that remain excluded from Section 301 actions, as their production remains primarily in China. The accompanying Federal Register notice published by USTR can be found HERE. The notice also states that U.S. Customs and Border Protection will issue implementation guidelines for importers soon.
